TP 560X - CardBus pc card incorrectly identified under Windows 95

SYMPTOM:
A newly inserted CardBus PC Card may not be recognized correctly by Windows 95. Windows 95 may mistake it for a previously installed CardBus PC Card.
CONFIGURATION:
Any ThinkPad 560X running Windows 95 using a PCMCIA Cardbus adapter.
SOLUTION:
If this happens, do the following:
1. Open Control Panel
2. Open System
3. Click on Device Manager tab
4. Select the entry for the previously installed CardBus PC Card
5. Click on Remove
6. Restart the system
