ComCentral/FaxCentral - Incorrect Labels

Please be aware that a small numbers of the 7852-0XX products have shipped with INCORRECT serial numbers. The numbers that are incorrect are on the labels which are located on the units. The problem is that the incorrect serial numbers have 8 alpha-numeric digits, ie "42-H00417". The correct serial number is "42-H0417".
Valid serial numbers that can be accepted have only 7 digits. The way to get the serial number accepted is to drop the first zero after the alpha character or the fourth digit counted from left to right.
