Aptiva - Fax printing in Ring Central is shifted off page
Applicable to: World-Wide
Problem:
If a fax is received in Ring Central the image will be shifted to the left or right and part of the fax will be illegible when it is printed.
Solution:
Have the user use their Update Connector application and a fix will automatically be installed on their computer.
