Aptiva - How to install / uninstall Audiostation

To remove Audiostation from your Aptiva:
1. Click on start, shutdown, and choose the option to restart the computer in MS DOS mode. Then click on yes.
2. At the C:\WINDOWS> prompt type cd\ and press [ENTER]
3. At the C:\> prompt, type deltree voyetra and press [ENTER] and answer yes by typing y and hitting enter to remove all subdirectories. This removes the software from your hard disk.
4. Type exit and press [ENTER] to return to windows.
Note: Skip the next step if you plan on re-installing Audiostation software.
To install / reinstall Audio Station:
1. Click on start, shutdown, and choose the option to restart the computer in msdos mode. Then click on yes.
2. At the C:\WINDOWS> prompt, insert the maroon Aptiva Product Recovery CD and wait for the drive light to go on and then off.
3. Type C: and press [ENTER]
4. With a copy of restore.exe on the hard drive*, type the following: restore voyetra\*.* and press [ENTER]
5. When it is complete, type exit and press [ENTER] to return to Windows.
