Aptiva - How to uninstall/install an application using Aptiva Installer

The Aptiva Installer allows you to easily install the programs that came with your Aptiva. To install a new program:
1. Insert the compact disc for the program you want to install.
2. Start the Aptiva Installer by clicking the Windows 95 Start button, then select Aptiva Installer.
3. Click the Install New Program tab.
4. Click the Find Install Program button.
5. The Aptiva Installer recognizes and displays the title of programs that came with your Aptiva. Click Install.
6. The installed programs are added to the Show Installed Programs tab. Click the OK button.
Note: If a program allows you to install to a drive other than the C: drive, you may find it useful to know that usually, the hard disk has one drive, called the C: drive. If your hard disk has more than one drive, the first drive will be C:, the second drive will be D:, and so on. If your hard disk has more than one drive, you can install and work with programs on all of its drives. To see all drives on your computer, double click on the My Computer folder.
