PC Server 320/520 - Etherstreamer does not reflash micro code

Symptom
Any attempt to "REFLASH" the Micro Code on the ETHERSTREAMER ADAPTER option 74G0876,FRU 74G0865 on Server 520 and 320 using "STRFLASH will result in an UN-RECOVERABLE failure of the ETHERSTREAMER adapter.
Problem Isolation Aids
OPTION P/N 74g0876 FRU P/N 74g0865 installed in Server 520 or Server 320.
Fix
The problem applies only to Server 520 and 320 the adapter can be "re-flashed" on another system type. Remove the Adapter from Server and install in another system unit type.Re-flash the Microcode as normal and re-instal in Server 520 OR 320.
