Crossbrand - EMM386 Exception #12 with DOS4GW

Symptom:
Applications that use the Rational Systems DOS4GW memory extender may fail with EMM386 Exception #12.
Problem Isolation Aids:
Problem does not occur if POWER.EXE is disabled.
Fix:
This problem is a conflict between APM and DOS4GW v1.97. To avoid the trap, do not load POWER.EXE in CONFIG.SYS, or alternatively run "power off" or "power std" before running the application. "power adv" can be run afterwards.
