Aptiva - Cannot print from Faxworks in OS/2

Service Information:
If you are unable to print from a WIN/OS2 session, follow the procedure listed below:
1. Setup a print driver for LPT1 in the WIN/OS2 session. The type of driver is not important as long as it is a print driver.
2. Locate the printer icon on the OS/2 desktop. Click on it with the right mouse button and select SETTINGS and then select
PRINTER DRIVER.
3. Select FXPRINT. Fax (double click on the FXPRINT. Fax icon to set it as the default printer).
4. Click on OUTPUT and then COM1.
5. Click on LPT1 with the right mouse button.
6. Select REDIRECTION and then COM1.
7. Double click on the top left corner of the window to close it. You are now ready to fax a document from a WIN/OS2 session.
