Failure to Create Spot with setup_server

Environment

Problem

During an attempt to create a spot using setup_server, errors similar to the following occur:

	0042-001 m_mkspot: processing error encountered on "master":
        0042-175 c_mkspot: An unexpected result was returned by the
        "/usr/sbin/restbyname -Sq -xqf /spdata/sys1/install/AIX421/lppsource
        /bos" command
        ./usr/lpp/bos/inst_root/lib: Do not specify an existing file.

Solution

Remove the spot directory and then rerun setup_server.
