Can't create a mksysb with a 3490e tape drive

  Desc:  Customer is getting a 0512-017 when trying to create
         a mksysb tape.  Also after the mksysb fails his tape
         drive is defined and not available.

A mksysb can be performed on models C11, C22 E01 and E11. The 
default driver that comes with AIX must be used. For the model
C perform the following:

  1) Un-configure the drive as an A3490E

  2) Reconfigure the drive as a 3490e

  3) Set the block size to 512

  4) Perform the mksysb

On a restore select the drive type of 3490e.

For the model E perform the following:

  1) Un-configure the drive as an A3490E

  2) Reconfigure the drive as a OST

  3) Set the block size to 512

  4) Perform the mksysb

On a restore select the drive type of OST.
