Desc:
  Customer's cdrom is not being seem by the system

Action:
  I had the customer turn off all external devices except
  the disk.  rmdev -dl device (external ones)
  cfgmgr

  Still the cdrom does not show up.

Next Action:
  The customer had before he called me called a CE out to 
  the site.  He will check the scsi connection and address
  of the cdrom.  Closing pending call back from the CE.
