  Customer is unable to change the name of a logical volume
  in smit or from the command line using the command:

    chlv -n "newname" oldname

  It is returning this error message:

    0516-706 chlv: Do not use -n flag with any other flag.

Action:
  This is a known defect at AIX 4.1.4 for the chlv command.
  The problem is corrected by APAR IX54318.

  Ordered APAR IX54318 for the customer.
