Problem:
  Customer is booting a high node from a normal thin
  node and it does this LED 622 then blank or
  LED 511 then blank
  The customer has a ascii terminal.

Action Taken:
LED 622 then Blank --  cfgcon command failed to run
LED 511 then Blank --  cfgcon command failed to run

Usually caused from missing device driver support for the graphic
adapter on the client system.  Also if a ascii terminal is being
used it means missing Standard IO support for the serial port
for the client.  

Add the filesets, reboot the server, remake
the network boot image or rebuild the boot tape.
