 PROBLEM:
  Customer is getting this error message when doing a 
  remote backup using sysback
  sysback -xf /dev/rmt0 -h \ vgnames

  Generating Volume Group Information
Changing Tape block size
Placing Boot image on tape..

dd: 0511-041: process killed by signal 13

*ACTION TAKEN:
  It is failing on the pipe used in sysback to copy the boot
  image from /tmp directory to the remote tape drive using
  dd commmand

  I will have the customer do this:
  Install this PTF U445523 bos.rte.archive 4.1.4.11 on the client
  system.
                 
Which fixed the problem
