This folder contains a bunch of folders.
Each folder contains a bmp file and a logo.sys file.
These files are custom loading screens for win9x systems (windows 95, windows 98, and windows ME)

Open the bmp file to get a preview what the loading screen looks like.
If you want it in your win9x system place the logo.sys file in your C:\
Then restart your system! Enjoy!!
