   Thank you for your interest in WORKTIME WORKOUT!

   This demo lets you try some of the exercises and features of WORKTIME 
   WORKOUT v1.01, the video exercise program that runs on your computer. 
   WORKTIME WORKOUT is designed to help reduce physical problems common 
   to computer users, such as hand fatigue, eyestrain, neck and shoulder 
   tension, and backache. The program contains a set of simple, doctor-
   approved stretches that you can do at your desk. This demo contains 
   one exercise from each of the four exercise groups in WORKTIME WORKOUT.

___SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS___

   WORKTIME WORKOUT is designed to run on a variety of computers. The 
   minimum system requirements are:

   	Windows 3.1
	DOS 5.0 or later
	386SX/25 computer (486 or faster recommended) 
	2 MB RAM (4 MB or more recommended)
	3 MB free disk space
   	VGA or better graphics (256 colors recommended)
	Mouse recommended
	

___WORKTIME WORKOUT QUESTIONS___

     Q:  How do I install the WORKTIME WORKOUT Demo?

     A:  To install using a floppy disk:

	 1.  Uncompress the demo files to a blank, formatted
             1.44M, 3.5" floppy disk.  Insert the disk in the drive, 
             and change to that drive. Type <drive>:wwdemo, where
             <drive> is the hard disk that contains the archive file.
             The installation files are placed on the floppy
             disk.
         2.  From the Windows Program Manager, choose File, Run.
	     Enter <drive>:\Setup, where <drive> is the floppy 
             drive where the uncompressed files are located.  
             The Worktime Workout setup program starts.
	 3.  Follow the prompts in the setup program; all files
             and drivers are automatically installed, a Worktime 
             Workout group is created, and the demo program is
             installed both in the Worktime Workout group and
             the Startup group. 

       To install from a hard drive or networked drive:

         1.  Uncompress the demo files to a subdirectory called
             Disk1. Type md \Disk1 to create a new subdirectory,
             and cd \Disk1 to go to that subdirectory.  Copy
             the file wwdemo.exe to the new subdirectory.  Uncompress
             the archive file by typing "wwdemo". Delete the file
             wwdemo.exe.
         2.  From the Windows Program Manager, choose File, Run.
	     Enter <drive>:Disk1\Setup, where <drive> is 
             the drive is the drive where the uncompressed files 
             are located.  The Worktime Workout setup program starts.
	 3.  Follow the prompts in the setup program; all files
             and drivers are automatically installed, a Worktime 
             Workout group is created, and the demo program is
             installed both in the Worktime Workout group and
             the Startup group. 

     Q:  How can I stop the WORKTIME WORKOUT Demo from running
         every time Windows starts?

     A:  While in Windows, select the Startup group.  Select the
         Worktime Workout Demo icon, and hit the Del key. Choose
         "Yes" when prompted "Are you sure you want to delete the
         Item 'Worktime Workout Demo'?" 

     Q:  The videos play too fast on my computer. Can I slow them
         down?

     A:  Adjust the slider in the Video Playback settings (in the 
         Configuration menu) to play the videos more slowly. 

     Q:  The videos play too slowly on my computer. Can I speed 
         them up?

     A:  Check the Video Playback settings in the Configuration
         menu. Be sure the slider is at the top ("Normal"). On 
         slower computers, try selecting "Play 5 Frames Per Second." 

     Q:  The videos play jerkily on my computer. Can I smooth 
         them out?

     A:  Check the Video Playback settings in the Configuration
         menu. Be sure "Skip Frames if Behind" is turned off. The
         videos will play smoothly (though probably slowly).

     Q:  How do I get more information on using WORKTIME WORKOUT?

         click on "Help" in the "Help" menu on the initial WORKTIME
