Small Utilities for Windows
Version 1.0
by Scott McMahan

A setup program is provided to install the Small Utilities for you. It
depends on how you received the Small Utilities and what Windows version
you are running as to exactly how to start the program.

Basically, install it like any shareware you'd get with a setup.exe. If
the program came in a ZIP file, unzip all of the parts into a temporary
directory and run setup.

In Windows 3.x, use Program or File Manager's File/Run and run
SETUP.EXE. In Windows 95, if you have the Small Utilities on diskette,
you can use the Control Panel's Add/Remove Programs and have the
computer find the setup program for you, but if it is in a temporary
directory somewhere, you'll have to hunt for it.

Once you have installed the program, please read the online help file
for information about how to use the products and how to register.

Release Notes - 1.0 release

Help file formatting errors: Numbered lists in the help file look
horrible. There's some sort of formatting error, but it was too cosmetic
to delay the already delayed release of the product. That's what I get
for following the supplied instructions with the help compiler kit to
the letter for generating the help file, I guess. Apparently, something
is wrong with the WYSIWYG RTF formatter versus the write-to-file RTF
formatter; I unfortunately used Word to generate the help file to make
following the help file instructions easier since they're all based on
Word. Once I fix this, I'll release a patched version of the help file
in a bug-fix level release.
