Both BusinessCards and BusinessDialer are constantly updated and
improved. The following list contains update information since version
v1.00 of BusinessDialer:
----------------------------------------------------------------------

v1.06: added name search feature; it lets you enter person's name
instead of his/her phone number; the dialer then looks up
speed dial pages and substitutes the name with appropriate
       phone number (if any).

v1.05: added 'Speaker' option in setup, which lets you control modem's
speaker volume when dialing ("Off", "Low", "Medium" or "High").

v1.04: added 'Long distance prefix' and 'Current area code' options
in setup; now the dialer skips area code if it matches the
local one, it also adds long distance prefix, when necessary.

v1.03: allow semicolons in phone numbers (pause command for modem)

v1.02: added extensive reference database of country codes and USA
local area codes. See 'Codes...' command in system menu.

v1.01: added missing keyboard functionality; now F1 invokes Help
       and Alt+D dials phone numbers.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
The following list contains update information since version
v2.1 of BusinessCards.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

v3.07: Added 'Always on top' option in in Options/Preferences/Display
and system menu (for iconized window)

v3.06: NEW COOL FEATURE! Now you can drag and drop cards to your
favourite word processor (sorry, english version only so far).
Just click right mouse button (either in a card or in contents
       view), drag and drop it!

v3.05: fixed rare bug, when the program doesn't save its setting in
BCARDS.INI. Increased number of toolbar buttons when main
window is larger, than usual (see below). Improved phone
       number parsing.

v3.04: added new '+' command line parameter, which allows to increase
main window size. Usage: BCARDS +NN, where 'NN' is any number
from 0 to 50 and designated percentage of increase. For example:

            BCARDS +20

creates main program window, which is 20% larger, that the
default. The '+' parameter may be combined with '-' for read
only file access. For example, command line:

            BCARDS +15 -SAMPLE.BCR

loads SAMPLE.BCR file as "read only" and makes window size
15% larger, than the default. Useful for displays with large
       screen resolutions.

v3.03: fixed problem with CTRL+TAB key combination: now it allows
to insert TAB character (if file is not "read only") and
       doesn't jump to next card.

v3.02: added "read only" flag in command line. When file is preceded by
minus sign, it's opened as "read only". For example:

            BCARDS -SAMPLE.BCR

loads the file and prevents any modifications. May be useful
       for some specific network applications.

v3.01: Changed default toolbar configuration to include 'Dial' button;
       added missing 'Merge', 'PrtSetup' and 'Dial' in Options/Toolbar;
allow spaces and slash characters when parsing phone numbers
       (European "notation" such as 123/456-7690 or +44 123 456 7890)

OF USERS: BusinessDialer and an ability to dial phone numbers.

to append/insert a new card after issuing File/New command
with initial number of cards equal 0.

v2.25: always check file extension before saving the file. If there
is no extension provided, add default .BCR extesnion.

v2.24: fixed a rare bug when you can't exit from Windows without
       closing BusinessCards first.

v2.23: added 3 new keystrokes: Ctrl/X for Cut, Ctrl/C for Copy

instance of the program uses different screen location.

v2.16: added error handling when program can't save its settings
(BCARDS.INI file on CDROM or write-protected diskette).

v2.15: expanded number of configurable toolbar buttons for displays
       with larger screen resolution.

v2.14: added "last name" sort option in Options/Preferences/General
       to change default sort sequence.

       files together.
