NewPaper:

NewPaper is a handy little gizmo that you must place into your
StartUp group in order to use. Once put there, it will change your
wallpaper for you everytime you start Windows. So that way the
next time you use Windows it will have a fresh look for you. To
set it up properly, you must first make a directory to hold your
wallpapers. After that copy as many bitmaps into that directory as
you would like. Next open NewPaper's file properties from Program
Manager. Change the working directory to match the directory
where you have stored your bitmaps. Run the program once by
clicking on it, and the next time you start Windows the cycle will
have begun.

SHAREWARE NOTE: A reminder screen will be shown at the end
of every wallpaper cycle.
