				RunStat
		       Version 2.0, May 1994
			    Scott Diamond

What is This Program?
---------------------
This is a simple program which runners may find useful. The main feature
of this program is a running calculator. You enter the distance you ran
and the time and the program then calculates your pace and estimated
finishing times for a number of distance. For each distance two
finishing times are calculated, one assuming you run at a constant pace
and one assuming your pace slows down the further you run.

Runstat version 2.0 also supports a running log. Press a menu item to
update your running log and the statistics for the most recent run are
appended onto this file. A notepad is then automaticaly brought up with
this file so you can add your own comments.

Finally, RunStat has a useful helpfile with useful running trivia.
Included in the file is a listing of: world records, calories consumed
while running, shoe size conversions, etc..
