This screen allows you to select the type of interface you wish to
use with the scanner.  If you select a parallel interface you will 
need to have a bi-directional parallel port.
*confirm
Confirm that the type of interface you have selected is correct.  
Press the Y key if correct.  Press the N key or the ESC key to 
select a different interface.
*bidi
This screen shows a list of the parallel ports installed in your 
computer.  If the port you wish to use to interface the scanner is 
not shown as a parallel bidirectional port, you will need to install 
a bidirectional board in your computer.
*bidinot
The port you have selected is not a parallel bidirectional port.  If 
you wish, this install utility can show the jumper configuration to 
install an EPSON bidirectional parallel port.
*bidibad
The port you have selected is not a parallel bidirectional port.  
You can not use this port to interface your scanner.
*bidinotad
This is not a valid port for a bidirectional parallel board.
*bidiboard
This diagram shows the jumper configuration for a bidirectional 
parallel board.  Set the jumpers as shown and install the board in 
your computer.
*drive
Enter the target drive for the scanner driver.
*disk
Verify that you have selected the correct floppy disk.
*alter
The install utility can make automatic changes to the CONFIG.SYS 
file on the disk you wish to install the scanner driver on.  Confirm 
that you wish these automatic changes to be made.
*aspinot
You can not install the ASPI interface version of the device driver 
until you have installed the ASPI device driver.
*camnot
You can not install the CAM interface version of the device driver 
until you have installed the CAM device driver.
*complete
The installation process is complete.  You will need to reboot your 
computer with CTRL, ALT and DEL before DOS will install your scanner 
device driver.
