Users may use any parts of this program in

set by Borland as part of their copyright of
the Delphi System used to prepare this program,
They may modify the program and supply copies
of either the original program or modified
versions of it to third parties, subject to the
provisos:
(1) No charge, apart from reasonable handling and
copying charges, may be made to any third party for
the supply or use of MathPad or any parts of it.
(2) The full source code of any modified version,
including the modifications, must be made available
as part of the material supplied to any third party.
(3) Any recipient of this program or any modified
version of it has the right to supply copies of
the progam as received by them to others, subject
to the limitations (1) and (2) given above.

While every attempt has been made to eliminate
errors and inaccuracies from the program users
are warned that undetected programming errors
may still be present, that all mathematical
algorithms have limited accuracy, and in the
case of complex mathematical expressions errors
can sometimes become very large. (For example,
if the expression involves small differences
between large quantities.)
Hence users MUST make independent checks of
any outputs from the program whose accuracy could
be of critical importance, and the author of
GLE99 can accept no responsibility for the
consequences of errors or inaccuracies
in the program.
