Imagine! 1.2.1.0 Whats New
---------------------------
As a result of user feedback, a number minor bugs, have surfaced
from versions 1.2.0.3 and 1.2.0.4. The most serious of these was
the popping up of a warning dialog on starting the Resampler
when the FileView (Imagine!'s File Selection System) was not
visible on the screen. All have been corrected in version 1.2.1.0.

I have not added any major features to this version, but there are
some operational changes which will be immediately beneficial.

I have changed the way image files load when using the keyboard,
so that file load occurs on key release rather than on key press.
This has the advantage that the arrow keys do not "stick" as they
try to load intermediate files when scrolling through the file
list, so the scrolling is faster and smoother as a result.

Previously, when the Fileview was hidden, you could only restore it
via the View menu. You can now also restore it by pressing the Enter
key on the keyboard. The enter key works in full screen mode as well.

This version updates the icons in Explorer 'live' when you associate
image file extensions. On previous versions, the association became
valid but the icons did not appear until you next started Windows.

I have added an extra checkbox in the install menu which giving you
the option to launch Imagine! with the Fileview in the hidden state.

There have been some typing error and link fixes in the Help File
and a couple of new help topics have also been added. A new "Home"
button has been added to the Help file. This lets you go directly
from any page page to the main introduction page where you can
navigate the help file using a clickable screenshot of Imagine.
The normal Winhelp Contents of course is still available for those
who prefer a more traditional approach.

Imagine 1.2 Whats New Summary
-----------------------------
This version adds Printing of Images and Rotation through Arbitrary
Angles. I have extended the fixed rotations to work with images which
have less than 8 bits per pixel. Arbitrary rotation works for all
pixel formats.

I have looked also at the calculations for image placement in the
Picture Index Maker. This version gives a more even spread across the
page than version 1.1.

The Set as Wallpaper option has been modified to give a choice between
tiled or centered images.

The top half of jpeg properties panel now pops up when you decide to
save a Jpeg, giving you an opportunity to set the quality level and
also to choose if you want progressive format.

Finally a new main menu item called 'Edit' has been added, to give room
for future expansion.
