License agreement and disclaimer.

    Author of the program makes no warranty either expressed or 
implied concerning quality, functionality, completeness and 
correctness of the program. The license to use program is purchased 
and program evaluation is allowed under condition that user takes 
all risks and damages eventually resulting from using the program 
on his own responsibility and author of the program will not be 
liable for any damages eventually resulting from using the program. 
User is allowed to test evaluation version of the program during 
30 days, free of charge. After period of 30 days user must either 
purchase the license to use the licensed version of the program or 
stop using the evaluation version. One purchased licensed copy 
of the program can be installed on one computer only. Everybody 
is allowed to distribute evaluation version of the program without 
any change. Distribution of the licensed version of the program 
by the user is strictly forbidden. Licensed version of the program 
can be ordered at the author's address by email or mail. Send me 
email or letter please, for up-to-date purchase price, payment and 
delivery conditions. By running any version of the program user

System requirements.

Minimum:     Windows95,  16MB RAM, 40MB free hard disk space.
Recommended: Windows95 or higher , 32MB RAM, 400MB free hard disk 
             space for verification of the portfolio picking strategies.

   This program will be supported by further development and by email 
questions answering for users of licensed program versions.



Basic goals and performance of the program.

     Basic goal of the program is to analyze the stock market or 
its portion represented by the historical data in order to find 
profitable investment opportunities and to visualize the results 
of this analysis in the form of the hypertext document with text 
and charts. The ultimate goal of the program is to find portfolio 
candidates promising optimal profit and minimizing risk and 
verification of the portfolio picking strategies on the historical 
data. 

   Program uses free historical data in comma separated values 
format (*.csv). Powerful tools for importing historical data  
of various structures and commands for stock splits adjustment 
are available in the program.
       Program gives answers about following questions:
1. What portfolio should you consider for buying?
2. How should you update your portfolio?
3. What profit could have been achieved if using this program in the past?
4. What basic price trends, risks and profit chances are present 
   on the stock market?

   Unique algorithm of trend groups analysis was invented 
and built into the program to reveal basic price trends on the stock 
market. By using  this program, quality of your investment decisions 
can be increased in terms of increasing profit and minimizing risk 
of your investments. Because all analysis performed by this program 
are independent of any specific information of any stock market, it 
can be applied by the comparative studies of various national and 
international stock markets.
   Evaluation version is limited to 99 stock names. This limitation 
is removed in the licensed version.



Program performance can be demonstrated on SP500 trading data in 
the year 1999.
