INTRODUCTION
============
Safelock is the complete solution for controlling access to Windows yet it is simple to use but very powerful. Whether its use is at home, businesses or in any other organization, Safelock provides unbelievable and flexible security while still using the normal Windows Desktop. With options such as file/folder locking, program time limiting, input control, window and program management plus many other configurable options and also with full monitoring of activities carried out on a computer, Safelock prevents accidental or deliberate damage and prevents/protects and controls access to valuable information and programs on a computer.

By recording all on-going and online (such as web browsing) activities Business/organizations can prevent malicious damage, unauthorized usage of their computer systems and protect against software piracy and installation of computer programs that are not required all the time
saving loss of sensitive information and income and getting employees to work more prominently. At home parents can monitor their children's activities and give them enough rights to use only required resources while still keeping their personal documents and information from accidents or unnecessary access. Public places such as schools, libraries, stores etc. can allow usage of their computers freely without having to constantly monitor their valuable computer
systems.

INSTALLATION
============
Since it looks like that you have already ran the self extracting archive. All you need to do now is to run SAFELOCK.EXE. You can then activate Safelock in 2 ways. The first one is by pressing Safelock's hotkey SHIFT+CTRL+ALT+HOME or by clicking on the Safelock's Tray Icon (picture of a lock).

The default password is SAFELOCK (case insensitive). Whenever you do not enter the password in the "Safelock Password" field then Safelock will assign SAFELOCK as the password.

Furthermore please make sure that you have read and understood all accompanied documentation.

Note: For security purposes Safelock does not create any shortcuts on the desktop, start menu and does not include a separate uninstallation program so it does not include itself in the Add/Remove Programs dialog. Although if you'd like to you can create a shortcut to SAFELOCK.EXE on your desktop.

=========
To uninstall Safelock you will need to enter the Setup Control Panel. From the toobar click on the File button and from the drop down menu choose the Un-Install option. Safelock will display a message box and confirm with you if you want to uninstall. If you click on No Safelock will abort the installation otherwise Safelock will proceed with uninstallation. Safelock will then ask you if you would like to reboot the computer to complete the installation (this is necessary to do for the uninstallation to complete).

Note: Do not just delete the folder that Safelock is in as this is not sufficient enough.
So you must uninstall Safelock as described above for proper removal.
