Win95/NT 4.0 or above. 

Description: 
------------
Phoenix Student Assistant is a personal information manager (PIM) designed specifically for students. It provides features that allow students to maintain, organize, and manipulate personal information. These information range from contacts to grades and are managed in the five modules.


Installation (not upgrading):
----------------------------
To install Phoenix Student Assistant, you will need to have winzip installed on your computer. 

Double-click on the file PSAsst20.zip.
Winzip will display the contents of PSAsst20.zip
Click install from the winzip menu to install Phoenix Student Assistant 

Or

Extract the files to a temporary directory and double-click on the file Setup.exe in
that directory to install Phoenix Student Assistant.


UnInstallation
------------
To uninstall the program, use the Add/Remove Programs icon in the Windows Control Panel.

Upgrading
---------
Before upgrading to Phoenix Student Assistant 2.0, backup your data by copying the files in your data directory to a new directory before uninstalling it. After backing up your data, uninstall your version of Phoenix Student Assistant using the Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs. Then, install Phoenix Student Assistant 2.0.

For Example (If you are installing to a different location from the previous version):
		1. Start Windows Explorer
		2. Navigate to the Phoenix Student Assistant 1.0 folder
		    the default location is at c:\Program Files\Dante' Productions\Phoenix Student Assistant\
		4. Create a new folder called "MyPSAData" [without the quotes.]
		5. Copy the files in the Phoenix Student Assistant 1.0 data directory to "MyEAData".
		    the default location is at c:\Program Files\Dante' Productions\Phoenix Student Assistant\Data\
		6. Uninstall Phoenix Student Assistant 1.0 using the control panel
		7. Install Phoenix Student Assistant 2.0
		8. Copy the files in the "MyPSAData" folder to the new Data folder.  

For Example (If you are installing to the same location as the previous version):
		1. Uninstall Phoenix Student Assistant 1.0 using the control panel
		2. Install Phoenix Student Assistant 2.0 to the same folder as version 1.0. The default is: c:\Program Files\Dante' Productions\Phoenix Student Assistant\
