-- III. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION --
Multi-Tag is a MP3 ID3 tag editing program, but not just any ID3 tag editing
program. With Multi-Tag you can edit any tag, or tags, on multiple mp3s at
the same time! The purpose of this is to allow you to apply the same Artist,
Album, Year, or Comments tags to multiple MP3s, intstead of haveing to edit
each files tags individually. It will also allow you to apply the selected tags
to only the currently selected (highlighted) file(s) in the file list, by useing the
"save to selected" button.

-- VI. NOTES --

-If an mp3 does not have ID3 tags already Multi-Tag will add only the selected
tags to it. Example: If you select to only edit the album tag of a file
or group of files; any of those files that do not have tags will now have only
  and album tag.

-Even if Mp3's appear to have tags in Winamp playlists they may not actually have
tags. I believe that if a file does not have any tags Winamp lists the file with
its filename. In Multi-Tag if you select a file from the file list its tags will
appear in the tags fields, this will allow you to check if the files actually have
  tags.
