Manifest
========
The following files are all part of The Image Machine version 1.0:

image.exe	The main executable. This should be placed in its
		own directory.

image.hlp	The online help for The Image Machine. This should be
		placed in the same directory as image.exe

image.ini	The initialization file. This file contains several
		definitions critical to the operation of The Image Machine.
		It should be placed in your Windows directory, usually
		\win31 or \windows.

ctl3d.dll	This contains the functions to provide the 3D look to
		The Image Machine. It should be placed in the same
		directory as image.exe. If you already have a copy
		of this under the Windows directory, you can delete
		the local copy. This was written by the folks at
		Microsoft, not me.

readme.txt	This file.

Please only redistribute the zip file containing all of the files
listed above.

Errata
======
Two bugs were discovered just before I released this program. Luckily,
they are rather minor. They will be fixed in the next version.

1) When you have more than one image window open and change palettes in
   one window, the colors may not realize properly while switching
   between the windows. You can get around this by maximizing the child
   windows and then switching between them.

2) The change palette function does not work with the following files:
	ogrbw.pal
	ogwlin.pal

   These two files come with the standard distribution of IMDISP by Ron
   Baalke.

If you find any other bugs or typos in the help file, please mail me.
