An excellent Windows-based menuing system. Please try it out. Below
is an example of what an .INI file looks like for WinMenu to operate.
;**************************************************************************
;* WinMenu v1.0 QAA Software Inc. (703) 978-0561 *
;* *
;* A Windows-based menuing system. This program makes one modification *
;* to your WIN.INI file. Upon execution, it will write the following: *
;* *
;* [WinMenu] *
;* INI-Path=^^^^ *
;* *
;* where ^^^^ is the directory that WinMenu starts (i.e., C:\WINDOWS). *
;* Modify this parameter, if WinMenu.INI is located elsewhere. *
;* If WinMenu.INI does not exist then WinMenu will attempt to create an *
;* example .INI file as in this readme file. *
;* This shareware version limits you to approximately 30 menu items *
;* Register and the limit goes up to 300 menu items! *
;* *

;* You should specify the path in the Other-INI entry *
;* On networks, Other-INI should specify the personal user's menu *
;* Use the environment variable WINMENU to load Divisional or Branch *
;* menus. A typical environmental setting would look like this: *
;* *
;* WINMENU=X:\WINMENU\DIVISION.INI *
;* *
;* Note: Other-INI is currently disabled. Remove ; (semicolon) to use *

;**************************************************************************
;* To add a new menu item on the menu bar just add another section. Use *
;* the & (ampersand) for an [alt] key access to the menu when loaded *
;* A Menu command should look like the following: *
;* *
;* &Menu Command=C:\path\exec parms [,C:\startup\dir,Exec Style,Caption] *
;* *
;* Exec Style can be the following: *
;* NORMAL = Whatever way the program wants to load *
;* MIN = Will be loaded iconized *
;* MAX = Will take maximum screen size *
;* *
;* Please note: PIFs and Windows Apps override the Exec Style settings *
;* However many programs will *accept* these values *
;* *
;* The startup dir and exec style are optional. *
;* *
;* The fourth optional parameter, the program's text in the title bar, *
;* will let only one instance of the program to run. This is *
;* particularly useful if the program cannot have multiple instances *
;* running. Typically, they are DOS programs like WordPerfect for DOS. *
;* To use this parameter, supply the text of the Window's Title Bar. A *
;* pif file calls this the Window Title. Any program, especially Windows *
;* applications, that modify it's Window title, may not be able to use *
;* this feature. The following example explains it's usage: *
;* *
;* &Command Prompt=C:\COMMAND.COM,C:\,NORMAL,COMMAND *
;* *
;* COMMAND is the name of the Window title if Command Prompt is executed. *
;* *
;* USE COMMA TO SEPARATE PARAMETERS. NO SPACES AFTER COMMA OR EQUAL SIGN *
