                          Supra Modems
                          ------------

I just wanted to tell you a little story about a modem I
     think you might like.
I have recently decided to order a 14.4 modem for My BBS
and with a suggestion to call Supra Corporation I did.
I was not displeased either as when I talked to a sales
Rep., I was surprised with a warm greeting and answers to all
     of my questions.

I decided to put the sales person to the test, so I asked
all kinds of questions as that which pertains to modems and
     communication programs.

I asked if the modem would connect to all other modems
     without any problems, the answer.

"So far we have no reported problems with any connections."

I then proceded to ask pricing info and low and behold I
found out that Supra has a Sysop deal that is really
     excellant.
I was told, "On the Sysop plan you DO NOT have to
advertise that you are using our modems.
"You also do not have a time limit as to how long you have
     to run our modems."

I thought this was great so far, but the only problem I
ran into was that you could only buy as many modems as you
have nodes on your bbs under the Sysop deal..

Now before I ordered I was told that Supra was currently
on back order so it might have taken some time. I figured
what the heck let's try it.
I placed my order on a friday and on monday Supra called
me at home and told me, "We have just shipped your modem to
you, so you should recieve it in a couple of days."
Well when Wednesday came so did my brand new Supra 14.4
modem. I took it right out of the box replaced my old modem
and within say 15 minutes I was running at 14.4 and having a
     fun time at it.
I cannot say go get a Supra or put them high on the list
but if I would want to get another modem it will be a Supra
14.4 and with a 5 year warrantee you just can't beat it.
