SFBLTN - Spitfire Bulletin Manager
----------------------------------

Purpose: There are many bulletins that I would like to
display (force display of) when they have changed
since the caller has last logged on.

For example, if since a caller has last logged on, I
have some changes to a "news bulletin", I would like
to display the news bulletin to the caller (force
him to see the bulletin file).

I may not want this for "all" bulletins. Once they
have presented the bulletin, it will no longer force
them to read the bulletin again.

If you want the caller to be forced to read the
bulletin EVERY time they logon, make it a WELCOME
                bulletin.

If you never want to force them to read the
bulletin, make it a BULLET off the Spitfire BULLETIN
                Menu.

If you only want it to display when changed, then
                you need SFBLTN (this program).

Installation: Copy SFBLTN into a path so you can run it. This may
be the node directory for Spitfire.

Add the following line to SFLOGON.BAT (or
                SFSECxx.BAT):

                SFBLTN /LOG=C:\SF\CALLERS.TMP

The /LOG= should point to the callers.tmp file built
                in the node directory.

SFBLTN will read a file called SFBLTN.CFG

This file should contain the "bulletins" you want to
display to your callers. These bulletins must end
                with .BBS and .CLR.

The name you specify in the .CFG file MUST NOT
contain the .BBS or .CLR extension. For example:

                C:\SFNEWS\FILEA

Then SFNEWS will process FILEA.BBS (and FILEA.CLR)

There is no limit to the amount of files listed and
they are listed in the order found in the .CFG file.
