This is the recipe that got me barred from ever competeting again in Richmond's
International Chili cookoff.  This chili is a class "9" chili. Offically there
is only 7 recipes that have this rating. This recipe serves 12 brave souls.

15 fresh Bahaimian peppers <---- very important
2 cups red chili beans
3 to 4 pounds ground meat (can be beef, chicken, turkey, shark yes shark..)
3 ounces ginger <--- chinese secret ingredient.....
2 red or yellow bell peppers (they cook well with the chili)

Instructions:
     The chili is cooked in a pressure cooker or a sealable pot...This is
important, anyway, in the pressure cooker the meat is steeped with the
Bahiamians for the minimum of an hour at a simmer. You will know its ready when
you lift the cover and your eyes burn (DON'T RUB YOUR EYES IT WILL GO AWAY)
at that point mix in the the other ingredients, oops I forgot mix the chili
beans in with the meat when you first start... BTW this can be a vegitarian
chili... back to the recipe, the final ingredent can be added after another 30
mins. Take a little lemon (concentrate will work) sqeeze it in.  This sets the
acid level to about the lowest you can take it.  If you would like I can
prepare a batch and bring it to one of the gatherings...
