oil to cover the pan and up to well covering the bottom (at least) of the
chicken and its nooks and crannies.  Make sure the oil is at least that hot.
Then let the chicken cook a bit before you turn it. Right after you add the
chicken to the oil you can turn it up a bit.  I usually have the oil hot but
not smoking when I add the chicken...it takes practice.  I also flour and

I forgot to add something!!!!!! My favorite frying pan is also Silverstone!!!!!
That helps alot!  I have others but they stick easily!  The silverstone one
works GREAT.  I cook almost everything it! I get upset if I have more than one
dish to cook that could stick and I only have that one pan!  If you keep the
oil hot in other pans it will work ok but is trickier!  Take care...Silverstone
and other non-stick pans will REALLY help that sticky chicken!
