This is a favorite recipe for a really delicious barbecue hash that is
made mostly from canned goods.  Saves lots of time in the kitchen with
little preparation.  Everyone wants the recipe when I serve it.

Being originally from Charleston, S.C. where hash and rice are served at
all the barbecue restaurants and with my husband being stationed out
in California for 3 years, I couldn't find any hash....ANYWHERE!  This is
the recipe I used to satisfy my craving.  I also left several Californians
behind who now enjoy hash and rice when they barbecue.  We're close to
home again in Georgia, but I still depend on this recipe when I desire
the taste of good old Southern Style Barbecue Hash at home.  Even kids like
this stuff!


Quick & Easy Barbecue Hash:

1/2 lb. can Brunswick Stew
1 (#2) can cream-style white corn
10 oz. can barbecue beef
10 oz. can barbecue pork
1/4 c. Hot barbecue sauce of choice (Kraft Hot Barbecue Sauce is good)
1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1/4 c. brown sugar
Dash hot sauce (Tabasco), or to taste

Combine all ingredients and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes to blend flavors,
stirring occasionally.  Serve over hot cooked rice.
