I've made something similar to that....you can try it yourself.  Mix flour 
(one cup to start) with water til it makes a dough...you can experiment with 
the water.  If you add too much water, and it's watery, just add more flour!

Then roll it out til thin, cut into strips and drop into the chicken stock.  I 
do this quite often.  Hope it works out for ya...let me know.
