   I don't make this near as often as my husband would like, but it's relly 
simple.
   You need 1 box of lemon cake mix (I like the kind with the pudding "built" 
in - they really are moister)
   1/4 to 1/2 c. FRESH poppyseeds (I used some that were kind of old once, and 
it made my whole cake taste stale

   Mix the poppy seeds in with the dry mix.  Bake according to the directions 
on the box (or into muffin tins - as the box should describe for you)

Frosting:
   Powdered sugar, cream and lemon flavoring (and vanilla if you like) mixed 
to form a glaze.  Spread this on as soon as the cake come out of the oven, and 
then again after about 10 or 15 minutes, and a 3rd time 15 minutes later for a 
nice sweet glaze.
