This one does involve deep frying but I guess you could bake them instead and
then use the sauce. Here goes - courtesy of my mother-in-law. Watch out they're
hot!

Buffalo Chicken Wings.

Sauce -

1 pint Durkee Frank Red Hot Sauce
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
1/4 tsp MSG
1/2 Tbsp Tabasco sauce
1 Tbsp butter (I add more)
1 Tbsp honey ( I add more)
Salt and pepper to taste

1. Put all ingredients in a sauce pan and warm. Do not boil.

2. Deep fry wings or drummets for about 20 minutes (when frozen) until crispy
and golden. Drain.

3. Put 20 wings in a bowl with a lid (mild 2 Tbsp, hot 4 Tbsp, Very Hot 6 tbsp)

4. Shake with sauce for about a minute. Let stand for a few minutes and then
take them out and let them dry for a few minutes. Serve with celery and cold
blue cheese dressing. (to cool the mouth off!)
