      Title: Chicken Gourmet
 Categories: Poultry, Meats
   Servings:  6

      6 md Chicken breasts, cut in half    1 1/2 c  Cracker crumbs
           And boned                         1/3 c  Butter
  2 1/2 oz Can deviled ham or prepared         1 cn Cream of mushroom soup
           Herb stuffing                     1/2 cn Water
      2 ea Eggs, well beaten                   2 tb Worcestershire sauce

  Remove skin and bones from breasts.  Pound to flatten.  Spread each with
  filling of deviled ham or stuffing.  Roll up.  Dip each roll in beaten
  egg, roll in cracker crumbs.  brown in skillet in butter and arrange in
  baking dish.  Put mushroom soup, water and worcestershire sauce in skillet
  where the chicken was browned and stir.  Pour over rolls.  Cover loosely
  with foil.  Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes or 300 degrees for 1
  1/2 hours.
