                       HOMEMADE SALSA OLE'

This stuff gets better AND HOTTER the longer it sits. Use as a
dip for tortilla corn chips or use on any Mexican food. IT SURE
IS GOOD!!! Everyone that tries this wants the recipe.

2 cans Cajun stewed tomatoes
2 cans Italian stewed tomatoes
1 Gallon canned tomatoes
2 chopped bell peppers
2 chopped red onions
4 stalks celery, chopped
garlic powder and salt to taste
2 heaping Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. red vinegar
2 Tbsp. Texas Pete Hot Sauce
2 Jalapeno peppers, chopped

Drain all tomatoes and use a blender to chop them into small
chunks. Add rest of ingredients just to blend. Put in a large,
sealed container and refrigerate. I keep a gallon jar of this in
my refrigerator.
