      Title: Mexican Chicken Casserole
 Categories: Poultry
   Servings:  4

      3 lb Chicken                           1/8 ts Garlic powder
      1 cn Cream of mushroom soup            1/4 ts Black pepper
      1 cn Cream of chicken soup             1/4 ts Tabasco
      2 md Jalapeno peppers, chopped           1 c  Chicken broth
      1 ts Chili powder                        4 c  Regular size Fritos
      4 tb Onion, chopped                      1 c  Cheddar, grated

  Cook and bone chicken.  Reserve 1 cup broth.  Combine soups, peppers,
  spices, TAbasco and chicken broth.  Blend well.  Preheat oven to 350
  degrees.  Cover bottom of a 2 1/2 or 3 qt. casserole with 2 cups Fritos.
  Spread on half of the chicken, half of the sauce, then half of the grated
  cheese.  Repeat, ending with grated cheese.  Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to
  30 minutes.
