          Steak Teriyaki

          3 lb. round or sirloin steak, 1 inch thick
          Marinade:
          1/2 c. soy sauce
          3 T. dark brown sugar, packed
          1 t. ginger
          1/2 t. dry mustard
          1/8 t. garlic powder
          1/2 t. coarsley ground black pepper
          2 t. lemon juice
          12 oz. can beer
          2 T. salad oil

          Combine marinade ingredients and pour over steak.  Cover
          and refrigerate 12 to 24 hours.  Grill 3 to 4 inches from
          hot coals, basting frequently with marinade, for about 20
          minutes, 10 minutes per each side, or to desired
          doneness.  Slice steak thinly on the diagonal before
          serving.  Serves 6-8.
