      Title: Sukiyaki
 Categories: Meats
   Servings:  8

  1 1/4 lb Round steak, sliced diag-           4 ea To 5 stalks celery
           Onally very, very thin              1 sm Head celery cabbage
      2 tb Butter                            1/4 c  Kikoman soy sauce
      2 tb Flour                               1 ea Bouillon cube plus 1/4 cup
      2 ea Onions, cut in 1/2" slices               Water (your choice)
           Then each slice cut in half         1 x  Salt to taste
     12 ea To 16 green onions, include       1/3 ea Bag fresh spinach
           Tops                                1 x  Hot cooked rice
    1/2 lb Medium sized mushrooms

  Saute round steak in butter slowly for 10 minutes.  Add the rest of the
  vegetables, soy sauce, bouillon cube, salt and spinach (all cut
  diagonally) and cook slowly for 5 minutes.  The veggies should be crisp.
  Serve over rice.
