Lou Clifton's Version

Tuna-2 small or 1 family size
1 pkg. wide egg noodles
velveeta cheese
cream of mushroom soup (1 can)

Grease a 13"by9" by2" pan.  Boil noodles until tender but not done.
Meanwhile fix white sauce.  1 cup milk,2tsp. marg. salt and pepper to
taste.  Heat on medium heat.  Thicken with 2 tablespoons flour and
enough water to make the flour like a runny paste.  HINT* use the recipe
in previous post too. hee hee
Add flour and water mixture to milk,stir until thick.  then add
cream of mushroom soup,and 1 half of a pound box of velvetta cheese.
Stir.

Pour noodles into pan(after draining).  Add tuna on top of noodles by
flaking with a fork.  Pour sauce on top of tuna and noodles.
Crumble saltine crackers on top and bake at 375 deg. for 35-40 min.

This is very good and one of the first recipes I got to fix for my
husband when we married.  I know its over 21 years old as thats
how long we have been married.
