             -------------------------------------------

This callback Verifyer came as a need with the release of Wildcat 4.0
here in New Zealand , But due to the release of wccode I decided to have a go
at writing a program ( my first attempt at coding). As all us Auckland
Wildcat Sysops were after a callback verifyer LOCALLY was born.

This callback will return dial the last 7 digits of the phone number. These
are our local numbers here in New Zealand any longer than that is a toll call.
My understanding is that the same basically applies world wide
If you wish for a callback to ring back on toll calls LOCALLY is not for
 you ...

 HOW IT WORKS
 ------------

The way it works is that it is based around the users Data Number and prompts
for that number before dialing, checks all users data number before commencing
dialing, if a dupe is found it notes the error to the Activity log and
the number that caused the dupe and returns user to the main menu.
If the number is okay it will ring back ( up to 3 times ) until a connection
is made and user is then prompted for there password. If successful the
user is upgraded and the phone number is written to the users Data Number.

I have put a security profile check upon entering LOCALLY ( nothing annoys
me more than people that go into doors etc when not required ) that will
return any profile except newusers back to the main menu.
I know Wildcat has the same but wanted to make sure.

To enable the search routine I reset the newusers datanumber to 000-000-0000
before prompting them for the number to dial, this was done for a number
of reason which is a bit long winded but mainly I was getting dupe failures
in the search routines and this fixes it. but if it callbacks and every thing
works okay it writes the number dialed to the data number..
By the way the data number was chosen as the User is unable to see it when
they list there stats from the menu.

 Setup....

You have a choice of 4 programs to upgrade security profiles
pick the one most suited for your needs.

 Full.Wcx Newuser to Fulluser
 User.Wcx Newuser to User
 Temp.Wcx Newuser to Temp
 Verify.Wcx Temp to Verify

Version 4 is for those that may want to run a security profile thru
 the callback

Sorry these are hard coded and are not changeable

 A)
LOCALLY and display screens need to reside in a dir called LOCALLY under
  the wildcat home dir...

  For Example

  \Wildcat\Locally

 B)
Set it up in Makemenu and Makewild as required

 C)
Load up your Newuser Questioneer with Makeques and remove the question
for Data Number.. If you have one...
( This is a must as it stuffs up the dupe search otherwise as wildcat
takes a while to change the number in the database )

 D)
Design your display screens to suit...

 E)
Throughly test it before putting online
