Part I (cont'd)
*Narration
The story continues with Hawk talking to Barl.
HK> So Barl Have you heard any news lately?
BL> Yep!
HK> Maybe you didn't hear me correctly, I said have you heard any
HK> news lately?
BL> You're mother wears army boots.
HK> You're starting to get on my nerves old man! I asked a simple
HK> question and expect a decent answer.

Just then a faint noise, caught Hawk's sensitive ears. A quick
glance in the mirror, behind the bar, was all the confirmation he
needed. He quickly spun around his Herculean leveled at his
waist, Infinex rounds were being expended as soon as it was
leveled. One, two, three, Hydrites Soldiers exploded from the first
rounds as Hawk continued to fire. Still, Hydrites advanced toward
him, he let his Herculean fall to his side, as he swung his Xendrix
up and into action. With the skill of a Samurai Warrior of
centuries long forgotten, Hawk took his first swing at the closest
Hydrite with his Xendrix, cutting the Hydrite's jugular vein
causing blood to shoot from its throat. His next swing split the
skull of another Hydrite causing the Hydrite to fall on his dead
comrade. Five Hydrite deaths in a matter of seconds.

Hawk spun around for his next victim and noticed the Bar was
empty. "Hmmph! Just like those damn Hydrites! Never could stand
staying in a battle with somebody, who was better than they."
He grabbed one of the dead hydrites by the hair and wiped the
dripping blood from his still warm Xendrix. When he finished,
he let the Xendrix fall back to its resting place beside him.

The sound of shouts and running echoed through the Complex. Suprax
and Irish appeared in the Bar, both looking at the dead Hydrites
laying at Hawk's feet.

SX> Hawk they've captured Krakpot!
IH> Tis true! They 'ave him and the lord only know's what they
IH> will do to him!
HK> If the Hydrites captured Krakpot they're more than welcome to
HK> him!
SX> What!
IH> What!
HK> That's right, you heard me. Krakpot is an old hat to this. Do
HK> you honestly think that they will be able to do anything to
HK> him they haven't done to him before? Besides, Krakpot, spends
HK> more time in that prison than most of the Hydrite Guards! As
HK> a matter of fact, I had to rescue him from there a couple of
HK> days ago. Personally, I think he has become fond of that
HK> roach stew they serve. If we get a message from him saying he
HK> wants out, then maybe I might go and get him. Otherwise I have
HK> more pressing business to attend to.

Hawk walked to the bar..... Hydrite blood, from one of the last
Hydrites he killed, found its way into his mouth and he desperately
wanted a drink to get rid of the taste.

The Saga continues.......
