Whats new since version 2.0 !

  V2.0 compiled on 11/9/94
  --------------------------
  a) 1) Ansi display :
The screen output will clear the screen and keep the column
headings constant after each full screen.
     2) Rip display :
The text color used to be white and the headings were black on
the 1st screen and the problem was getting the white color in
all the screens following the 1st one.
I changed this to reflect the same colors on all the screens
that are displayed after the initial one.
The current colors are as follows :
1st header -the program name- : black
        2nd header : white
the users names and statistics : black

  b) An entry will be written to the activity log for sysops who would
like to track the users who actually use the utility.
it will be written in the following form :
*program name program path date time

Special thanks to David Yong from the Dragon's Eye BBS for his
   notes and suggestions.

  V2.1 Compiled on 11/22/94
  -------------------------
V2.1 is no longer used as a menu option. It's used as an event and
creates both ansi and rip bulletins according to your choice
   in the configuration file SCREENS.CFG.

  V2.1a Compiled on 2/16/95
  -------------------------
Extended the name exclusion to seven names instead of three.

  V2.1b Complied on 2/28/95
  -------------------------
Fixed a problem with the user ID field limited to 3 numbers.
Now it takes 5 digits up to number 99999.

  V2.2 Compiled on 7/6/95
  ------------------------
1- added two lines to utots.cfg as follows :
Line 11 : The expired security level name....eg.. you have setup
your expired level to lets say : EXPIRED.
Line 11 will use that security level to place the single character
in front of the user name...read the next item to know what
the single character is all about.
2- Line 12 : on this line you have the option to put a single character
that will be placed in blue color in front of the expired users.
I use . You may use any other character like * or ! or whatsoever.
3- For users with 5 calls or less the bulletin will blink the calls
     column.
4- a couple of cosmetic modifications and extended the ID field
to accept one more digit than the previous version.
Now it accepts 6 digits.....hope that MSI come up with a fair
solution to the user id problem!
Items 2 & 3 are useful for Sysops who would like to monitor their
expired users and those who made less than 6 calls to the system.
All the above modifications apply to the ansi output only.
