                       STRAIGHT FORWARD LICENSE AGREEMENT                                  
 [TRIAL USE]
 
 LICENSE
 
 William G. Phillips, the author, grants you, the trial user, permission to
 install a single copy of the Frequent Flier Manager (FFM) once (1 time), on
 one computer or workstation, and to use (access) the program no more than
 thirty (30) times, or for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days, whichever 
 occurs first. You may not install the FFM on any type of network, including
 a "local area network".
 
 COPYRIGHT

 The design of the Frequent Flier Manager computer program is fully protected
 by the provisions of the copyright laws of the United States. You cannot
 copy, modify, borrow or use any unique portion of it's display design
 (i.e., what you see on your CRT screen), it's processing characteristics
 (e.g., the Seating Function, etc.) or it's file structure, without the
 express written consent of William G. Phillips. This restriction applies to
 both the computer program (i.e., the "software") and all accompanying written
 documentation. Portions of the on-line HELP system are under separate
 copyright to Keith P. Graham as TXT2COM (c)1993.

 TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP

 You may permanently transfer your entire Trial Use copy of the Frequent Flier
 Manager computer program (that is, "FFLYER.EXE" or "FFLYERxx.ZIP") to anyone
 for evaluation purposes as long as the receiving individual or business
 agrees to fully comply with all provisions of this License Agreement.
 You are NOT permitted to extract and transfer any individual files from
 FFLYER.EXE/ZIP to anyone for any reason.

 WARRANTY

 There is NO warranty or guarantee whatsoever, implied or otherwise,
 associated with your use of the Frequent Flier Manager computer program.
 You are cautioned not to make any personal or business decisions based on
 information obtained from the FFM. This computer program is intended and
 expected to be used as a computer based "game"; that is, for entertainment
 purposes only. William G. Phillips, being the sole creator of the Frequent
 Flier Manager, is not responsible for any consequential damages caused by
 errors in it's design or for the lack of "fitness" to your particular
 environment. In the event the program does not perform as advertised or as
 described in the accompanying User's Manual, the user's sole remedy shall
 be a refund of the registration fee, if any. 
 
                               IMPORTANT
 
 Typing a name during the Installation process (refer above to Page 2, item 
 a) signifies that you agree and will comply with this License Agreement.

 Note: The Frequent Flier Manager is only available on 3.5" (720K)
 installation disks and requires a 100% IBM compatible personal computer
 with a fixed ("hard") disk to operate.

 SUGGESTED PROCEDURE FOR ATTEMPTING TO RUN FFM WITH MICROSOFT WINDOWS (c)
 
 If you are able to use the Windows 386 Enhanced Mode, you can possibly run
 FFM V5.0 and above under Windows 3.1 or higher, by following this procedure:
 
 1. Select the "MAIN" Icon from the "Program Manager" Windows screen.     
 
 2. Select the "PIF Editor" Icon from the "Main" Windows screen.
 
 3. Enter the following:
      a. Program File Name:   FFM.EXE
      b. Window Title:        Frequent Flier Manager
      c. Startup Directory:   \FFM
      d. Video Memory:        *TEXT
      e. Memory Requirements - KB Required: 256
      f. Display Usage:       *FULL SCREEN
      g.                      X Close Window on Exit
 4. Save the file as: FFLYER.PIF
 
 5. To run FFM, do either of the following:
 
    Select FILE (from the "Program Manager" Window), select RUN from the
    presented menu and enter FFLYER as the Command Line.                               
                               -- or --
    if you prefer to start FFM directly from it's own Icon, Create a NEW    
    Program Object/Group with a Description: FFM and a Group File: FFLYER.    
    Then Create a NEW Program Item within this Group with the Description:
    FFM, a Command Line: FFLYER and a Working Directory: \FFM.
 
    Refer to Window's Help for more information.
 
 6. To move back and forth between a blank "Program Manager" Window and
    FFM, while FFM is running, press ALT-TAB.
 
 7. When you exit from FFM normally (i.e., F10 or ESC from the "Flights"    
    Display), your screen will be automatically returned to the Windows    
    "Program Manager".                        
 
                        ******** WARNING ********
 
 Do NOT attempt to "Import" airline schedules while FFM is operating in the
