                           Connect Speeds

By default S95=0 gives the computer to modem connect speed. So
whatever speed (19,200 38,400 57,600) you have set, the modem will
respond in kind, even if the modem-modem connect is 2400. S95=1
will give true modem-modem connect speed, ie; a 2400 connection will
say CONNECT 2400. S95=2 will add \Arq to default for error
correction conections, ie; CONNECT 19,200 \Arq. S95=3 will give
modem connect speed with \Arq ie; CONNECT 2400 \Arq. If your
software recognizes \Arq it may be a good idea to add it, via the
S95 register. The default S36=7 enables buffering so that the
modem to computer speed may differ from the modem-modem speed.
