Ruler 1.0
March 17, 1995

Ruler is a measuring utility useful for making window
layouts easier during programming.

You can move the ruler around by holding down the left mouse
button and dragging the window. Double clicking the left mouse
button will toggle the horizontal/vertical orientation of the
ruler. Pressing the right mouse button will bring up the menu.
You can then select the desired ruler units. These units
correspond to the different measuring units used with the Windows
function SetMapMode(). You can also change the color of the ruler
by choosing the color menu option. The minimize option will
minimize the ruler window. All ruler settings will be saved on
exit.

This is, of course, a variation of a ruler that some of you will
be familiar with. I believe this version is a useful programming
utility that should save you time laying out windows (especially
those that are created at run time - without App Studio, etc).

Ruler is shareware.
