How to use a password in Multiple Choice 2.0 ?
==============================================

To add the possibility of passwording in Multiple Choice is very easy. Just follow these steps:

* open notepad or an other editor

* load the file MCHOICE.WW to be found in the Multiple Choice directory

* You will notice that this file contains a period only

* change the period into a word of your choice

* save the file

Multiple Choice now asks your password when you try to enter the Create/Edit window or when the user wants to delete results.

To undo the use of a password, simply change your password into a period again.

You may find this passwording method very simple for the reason that the file which contains the password is to be found in the same directory as the programfiles. You can avoid this by placing the MCHOICE.WW and the MCHOICE.RES files in a different directory. If you do so be sure to set Multiple Choice's working directory in the Program manager to the other directory. (Note: the picture loacations in the sample test has to be corrected afterwards because tey do not carry a directoryname.)
